Tool number one

In the classroom I could use this tool with students as they read chapters or sections of passages. They could reflect on their thinking, react to the characters behavior or anything relating to the book or genre being read. This could be a ongoing journal of books read. Classmates reading the same book could react to the same book .

  2. I am using blogs in our summer school inquiry unit. The students are really excited. They are getting better at thinking through their thoughts and ideas rather than just giving a quick answer.
